Cutters 2-0 Wembledines
Two evenly matched teams where a goal in each half decided a close game. The early goal came after 5 minutes with a great finish from Fionn Reid and it stayed that way until half time. 10 minutes into the second half Michael o Loughlin doubled the lead for Cutters after some good build up play. Wembledines tried their hardest to push for an equaliser but cutters saw out the game well for a well earned 2-0 win
Brazuca Legends 0 - 4 Sheffield Thursday
Sheffield proved too good for Brazuca to continue their good form. Brazuca to their credit held out until 1 minute before half time but Brinn Holmes stabbed home his opportunity to take them into the break 1-0 up. Ten minutes into the second half Calum Murphy added a 2nd goal and that lead was made 3 when a great cross into the box from Calum Murphy was headed home by Manni. Calum Murphy was to be the star of the show and added his 2nd ten minutes from time to seal the game
Gems 0 - 4 Team Polonia
In terms of effort, support, enjoyment and never a never give up attitude Gems bring so much to night owls Friday football. The first half was a good even contest and they kept Team Polonia scoreless. Unfortunately for them 5 minutes into the second half they failed to deal with a corner into the box and opened the scoring for Polonia. 2 goals from Simon Popovic and a goal from Nonas saw Polonia eventually run out comfortable 4-0 winners
Polonia Limerick FC 2-1 Team lightning
A really tight first half saw both teams cancel each other out. Defences were definitely on top to go into the break 0-0. 10 minutes into the second half new Brazilian signing Brian for Lightning. 25 minutes Idar equalised for Polonia when he fired home unmarked at the back post. With both geans going all out for the winner it was Polonia who scored with the very last kick of the game. Ojay getting in behind the team lighting defence. Cue huge celebrations from Polonia as they secured a big victory
